Azurite from Tsumeb is one of the most classic, and highly sought after species of the hundreds found at this famous locality. This piece features excellent, sharp and rather lustrous, deep midnight blue "blades" of Azurite on matrix forming an attractive specimen. A very attractive small cabinet specimen, and good quality for the material, despite a bit of roughness on the side and back. Tsumeb specimens are rising in value by the minute it seems.
