Item Description
Highly lustrous, dark royal-blue, bladed, azurite rosettes fill a sculptural vug in CABINET matrix of malachite and azurite on this striking and beautiful specimen from recent Chinese finds. The quality of the azurite is outstanding. A bit of periphery wear is noted, but is a very modest detraction to this very bright specimen. Chinese azurites of this quality compare very favorably with Bisbee material. High praise. Valued at $400-500. This is a good one.
