Axinite on Quartz

Item Description

Mined in 2000, this sharp axinite and quartz combo specimen features a 3.7 cm, gemmy and lustrous, clove-brown crystal aesthetically attached to the side of a complete all-around and pristine cluster of glassy, parallel-growth, quartz crystals. A bit of periphery wear is noted on the right edge of the axinite crystal, but is certainly a very modest detraction. Classic and desirable combination material from this noted locale. Very little new material has been produced in the last several years.
