Old-time, showy and excellent axinite combination material from this well-known Swiss locale. Razor-sharp, chlorite-coated, flattened ferro-axinite crystals, to 1.7 cm, are aesthetically clustered on the granitic matrix covered with small chlorite-coated/included adularia or danburite crystals. Old-time classic specimens of this combination quality and richness are very uncommon from here. From an East Coast collection and comes with a faded and torn 100-plus year old label.
