Item Description

PLEASE NOTE:  This specimen was originally listed as ARTHURITE, as we received the specimen from a collection with a label stating as much.  After doing a bit of research, we do not feel this is actually ARTHURITE, but rather a piece of AUSTINITE, and have changed this listing to reflect it.  The specimen it features micro crystals of Austrinite on oxidized matrix. The sharpness, luster and gemminess of these crystals is wonderful to view up close, and we have photographed the piece with a Canon MP-E 65 mm macro lens to better illustrate the quality. The color of ranges from virtually colorless to a soft greenish-yellow hue.
