Item Description
Aurichalcite of this quality is one of the signature species from the historic Mina Ojuela. Bright, robin's egg-blue, radial tufts of acicular crystals are festooned on the front and richly cover the back of the sculptural gossan matrix. Specimens of this outstanding quality were mined in the 1960s, with none since. Ex Consie Prince Collection and valued at $750-1000. This lovely specimen would brighten up any collection.
