This is a HUGE specimen for what it is! You sometimes see little pockets of this pretty stuff, but this pocket measures 13 cm in length! It is lined with calcite that is both on and included by robins-egg blue aurichalcite. Matrix is the typical rust-colored limonite, which makes for a pretty contrast here. This incredibly rich Mapimi specimen can be displayed beautifully either horizontally or vertically. ex. Consie Prince Coll.
