Item Description

Hundreds of balls of lovely blue Aurichalcite decorate this cabinet specimen from the famous Ojuela Mine. The Aurichalcites are acicular, and the well-formed balls range from 1-4 mm. The gemmy Calcites are similar in size, and complement the Aurichalcites nicely. When you see the architectural nature of this piece, and see how the form of the matrix and the color of the Aurichalcites combine with this to create such good aesthetics, you will be as equally taken as I am. The piece is delightful.
