Item Description
Highly lustrous, sharp, green-black, augite crystals form a very showy and excellent specimen from the well-known Yates Mine of Quebec. For a rock-forming pyroxene species, these are exceptionally fine and large crystals (up to 3.3 cm) for the species. Ex Marty Lewadny Collection.
