Item Description
These are some of the best Augelite crystals to hit the mineral market in a long time. This particular specimen was mined in November 2010, and this recent discovery has produced some of the best Augelites I have seen from this locality. This piece features a good sized, sharp, lustrous, gemmy, colorless/white twinned crystal of Augelite measuring 8 mm with Quartz crystals on matrix. The quality of the Augelite twin is very good compared to many I've seen from this mine. This rare phosphate mineral is not seen often in any format from any locality.
