Item Description
This material was some of the first Augelite to come out of Bolivia in a long time when it hit the market in the early 2000's. This piece features a good sized, lustrous, white crystal of Augelite measuring 1.2 cm with modified pyritohedral / octahedral Pyrite up to 1.5 cm plus micro Quartz. This is definitely one of the showier specimens of Augelite I've offered from Tasna in a while, as many of them are just lumps. It's a very good quality piece for the species, and the associations make it very desirable for collectors. If you're a Bolivian mineral collector, do not pass this one up, because it's a very worthwhile Augelite from Tasna.
