Item Description

Atelestite is an extremely rare bismuth hydroxy arsenate first reported / described from the Neuhilfe Mine in Saxony, Germany in 1832. This piece just happens to be from the type locality and features soft yellow color Atelestite crystals on matrix. If you collect rare species, you need one of these in your collection, especially if you like to like species from the type locality. This is the only piece of this material that we have to offer, and comes with a classic label from Czech mineral specialist, Josef Vajdak / Pequa Rare Minerals, which immediately increases the value.
