Atacamite (classic material)

Item Description

A classic display specimen of Atacamite from Chile where the material was first found, and was named after the province. This is certainly an older specimen, based upon the style, and hosts many fine quality, almost wet-looking, rich emerald green, thin bladed crystals of Atacamite measuring up to 7 mm on matrix. A great, colorful "old time" specimen of this beloved copper hydroxyhalide. Pieces of this size and quality are not easy to find on the market anymore - especially from the older finds - so don't miss out on this colorful classic specimen.
