Item Description
A classic display specimen of Atacamite from the type locality for the species. This is an older specimen and is loaded with dozens of sparkling, almost wet-looking, rich emerald green, thin bladed crystals of Atacamite measuring up to 7 mm associated with minor blue-green Pseudomalachite along with micro "sprays" of Libethenite and very pale green micro "balls" of Halloysite on matrix. A great, colorful "old time" specimen of this beloved copper hydroxyhalide.
