A very rich and attractive Atacamite from the well-known Mount Gunson copper-lead-zinc-bismuth mine in AUSTRALIA. Nodular aggregates of sparkly, forest to grass green, finely bladed crystals comprise this piece of solid Atacamite. In reality, this appears to be a flattened stalactite, with just one contact. Classic and excellent material from this mine, that closed in 1985. This uncommon small cabinet piece is even better in person, where you can really appreciate the scintillating nature of the Atacamite. Rare on the market in this quality today, this is a complete and display-worthy specimen of good size, valued $1500
