A RARE URBAN SPECIMEN. Snow-white radial sprays of acicular artinite crystals to about 8 mm cover the serpentine matrix on this excellent and very rich specimen from the classic Staten Island locale. This piece may have been collected in the 1960s or much earlier. Ex. Consie Prince Collection (1960s-1980s).
