Yaogangxian arsenopyrites compare with any world locality and this is a dramatic, large combination piece. A shapely cluster of splendent arsenopyrites dominates the skyline along with a curtain of chlorite-coated, flattened quartz points. The striking large arsenopyrite with the serrated termination is 3.5 cm long. The massive arsenopyrite matrix has more coated quartz crystals along with near total covering of tiny, pearlescent, muscovite rosettes. The contacted back shows that the large arsenopyrite is complete all-around and pristine and a layer of purple to colorless fluorite cubes.
