Item Description
Ed Swoboda is well-known for having assembled an amazing collection of unique and unusual pseudomorphs. Here is a striking example. A dramatic, nearly pristine, stellate cluster of lustrous, brassy, arsenopyrite after tapered pyrrhotite crystals is superbly perched on a bed of intergrown pseudos. The large, horizontal crystal on the side of the piece is 4.5 cm. This unique specimen is from the famed mines at Santa Eulalia, Mexico. Valued at $900. Try to find another like it! These are classic old specimens mined in the 1960s and 1970s, seldom seen today. And, this is one of the more aesthetic examples.
