Item Description
The Yaogangxian Mine is famous for combinations of species, and this piece does not disappoint, with a unique combination of stannite as a freestanding isolated crystal perched ON an arsenopyrite, that itself is perched on an earlier generation of stannite crystals (to 1 cm in size). The arseno is 1.4 cm across. It is a bright, shiny combination of metallics in unusual interaction to one another, from old finds of the 1990s here.
