Item Description

Twin "smokestacks" of sparkly, arsenopyrite pseudomorphs after pyrrhotite form a striking and excellent thumbnail from Santa Eulalia. The platy gypsum on the right side is an excellent accent. These are classic and unusual old specimens mined in the 1960s and 1970s, seldom seen today. And, this is one of the more aesthetic examples. Complete all-around and pristine. Ex Jaime Bird Collection.
