Item Description
I obtained this years ago from the personal collection of now-deceased mine owner, Bob Hopper, from his office at the mine (now a superfund site!). It is a very rare style, found only in the early 1990s finds here. Totally lining a shallow vug are short prismatic, barrel shaped crystals to 1.4 cm in length, of highly lustrous, caramel to orange colored arsenian pyromorphite. The specimen has spectacular luster and sparkle to it, and should be valued $3000 or more, normally. I sold it long ago and got it back in a larger tradeout deal, so I can offer it up for auction.
