Item Description

Arsendescloizite is a rare anhydrous Pb-Zn arsenate with easily the finest examples of the species coming from the famed Mina Ojuela in one pocket of the mid 1980s. This is from that find. This sculptural, vuggy small cabinet is a real BONUS for the species, as it is covered with 3 different colors of arsendescloizite in botryoidal to microcrystalline spherical aggregates. Sparkly olive-green and pretty translucent apple-green botryoids cover the mid-section and are flanked by gray to yellow spherical aggregates above and tan spherical aggregates below. There is more on the back, as a plus. Very rich, showy and colorful material of this rare species from the Bob Trimingham Collection. valued $750-1000
