Item Description

Exceedingly sharp spinel-twins and tetrahexahedral copper crystals with a tenorite coating form a very aesthetic, arborescent miniature from renowned Broken Hill. The sharpness and form of this fine two-sided specimen are noteworthy. It displays beautifully from two directions and looks like a bird of prey in the side views! Classic copper for which this locale was known in the early 1900s!. Ex Schlichter Collection.
