A sculptural and very fine, arborescent copper specimen from Tsumeb. The "limbs" of this aesthetic cutie are comprised of very sharp, mostly tetrahexahedral and a few spinel-twinned crystals having a beautiful, variable patina. This exquisite crystallization is a rarity at Tsumeb and this is a super example, that looks great from either side and has many display possibilties. Ex Sal Avella Collection and valued by him at $400 a number of years ago on his label.
