A sculptural, rich, impresssive and surprising large two-sided combination rib from famed Tsumeb. Tsumeb easily produced the world's finest examples of lead-rich Aragonite - Tarnowitzite. Bone-white pseudo-hexagonal crystals richly cover the front, with larger more isolated crystals noted on the back. Some of the crystals are doubly terminated, including the largest on the back at 2.3 cm. Sparkly, sugary calcite microcrystals cover the front. Vivid pink SW UV calcite fluorescence! A SURPRISE, bonus on the back is the ribbon of micro blue-green willemite crystals with SW UV green fluorescence. An exceptional and unusual Tsumeb combination from the Shields Flynn Collection.
