This an impresssive and classic 360-degree cluster of sharp, glassy spikes nicely accented with a bit of attached matrix. Yes, there are some bruised tips here, but this remains a dramatic, excellent, desirable and rare example of this aragonite varietal from this famous locale. From an East Coast collection and comes with a faded and torn century-old label. Very seldom on the market.
