Aragonite (rough and cut set)

Aragonite is considered a rare collector's stone. When is the last time that you can remember seeing a faceted stone of Aragonite? With the exception of the Czech specimens, Aragonite is rarely found in facet grade material. The stone in this rough and cut set is a wonderful, virtually eye clean gem with a "Square Brilliant" cut. These gems are very difficult to find these days, and stones this size are not common. The matching crystal is a wonderful example of this material showing a pale yellow color and near water clear clarity. Despite a bit of roughness, it's still a nice gem Aragonite crystal.
