Item Description

A rare locality specimen from the Limberg Quarries in Sasbach featuring a coverage of white semi-radial groups of Aragonite on host rock matrix. These specimens are certainly rare on the market, and I honestly don't think we've ever had one to offer from this locality before. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#1088). Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien Welt" November-December 2017).
