Aragonite specimens are very rare from the Alpine-type clefts at Alchuri and from ANYWHERE in Afghanistan! The sharply terminated crystals are water-clear to translucent on this striking, spiky cluster of variably-sized crystals. The impressive, large crystal is 4.0 cm. An outstanding and rare, 360-degree piece with all of the many primary crystals being pristine. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock. Herb valued this cute, outstanding rarity at $350, five or more years ago. It is certainly worth more today.
