Item Description

A sculptural and rare combination specimen from the Holbrook Shaft at Bisbee. Clusters of glassy, colorless aragonite crystal spikes dramatically crown one end of the vug lined with bubbly, snow-white calcite botryoids. The different forms of the aragonite clusters are very aesthetic and some of the spikes have a secondary calcite overgrowth. A striking, 360-degree visual specimen and in excellent shape.
