Bulging and tapering aragonite scalenohedrons dramatically rise up from the sparkly aragonite-covered matrix on this immensely scuptural small cabinet from this historic locale. The iron oxide tinting adds color and character to this very fine two-sided piece. Amazingly for such a soft mineral, the piece appears to be pristine as we do not notice any broken crystals.
