Item Description
A fantasy, cartoon-like, 360-degree, "anteater"-like shape of cave aragonite is aesthetically set on the mounded oxide matrix covered with small calcite crystals and peppered with starkly contrasting small yellow, rounded, microcrystallized mimetite. The anteater has the classic long nose, broad tail, large ears and dramatic SPIKES on the back. A STUNNING difference on the other side is the preferential oxide coating the highlights the later fluid flow in the cave. Ex De Natura (Les Presmyk) dealer stock. A surreal, biomorphic aragonite, calcite and mimetite combination from the famous San Antonio Mine at Santa Eulalia.
