Item Description
A dramatic and highly sculptural, cave stalactite of muti-generational aragonite from the famous mines at Santa Eulalia. The snow-white to light brown stalactites looks like a heavily snow-covered evergreen tree. Complete-all-around. The terminations are in super shape. The base has been sawed and displays well without aid. Old material from the Schlichter Collection. This stunning piece has 3 colors of fluorescence: purple and white under Long Wave; and lime-green and purple under Short Wave! Certainly one of the very best stalactitic cave aragonites we have seen from anywhere, with the combination of form and fluorescence.
