When it comes to Aquamarine, Pakistan is the most productive country for specimens in the modern age of mineral collecting. Some of the very finest quality Aquamarine specimens come from the various pegmatites in the Paki Himalayas, especially the pieces from Nagar. This locality has produced some of the most exciting Aquamarine association specimens in recent years. This specimen features a fine, THICK, sharp, lustrous, gemmy, light blue color prismatic crystal of Aquamarine sitting atop a silvery bladed "mound" of Muscovite. The piece can be displayed from a few angles, and is in good condition overall. Valued at $1250.
