Aquamarine with Microcline on Muscovite

These specimens are some of the most unique and attractive Aquas from any locality. They have become some of the most distinctive and easily recognizable Aquas on the planet. Tabular Aquamarine crystals are rare, but some of the Aquas from Xuebaoding are absolutely superb quality to boot ! This particular piece features several sharp, lustrous, pale blue color, unusually tabular crystals of Aquamarine measuring up to 1.1 cm associated with white Microcline crystals on bladed golden Muscovite matrix. The quality of the Aquamarine crystals is good, not just for the locality, but for Beryl in general, and some of them are nearly WATER CLEAR in transparency. No major damage to the Aquamarine crystals that I can see with the naked eye, and it's just gorgeous when you hold it in your hand. It's hard to convey the quality through photos, and the piece is BETTER IN PERSON.
