Aquamarine (HUGE CRYSTAL)

Large, imposing single crystal of Aquamarine that is actually doubly-terminated with a weirdly extended taperign termination on bottom. THIS IS HUGE FOR THE LOCALE - AMONG THE LARGEST CRYSTALS WE KNOW OF. The luster on this 8 x 5 cm monster is excellent, and the upper 1 cm of the main termination is quite GEMMY. The largest Erongo Aqua that I have seen, in quality and girth, I would say. There are several attached and included Schorls that range from 1-15 mm in size. These add both interest and contrast to the specimen. Overall, it is just an impactful and unique piece from a locale which has produced tonnage of more common styles. This was valued at $5000 in the collection purchase, and comes with a custom lucite display base
