Aquamarine/Heliodor on Schorl

Eye-catching cluster of long, sharp Aqua/Heliodior crystals that stand beautifully on the Schorl matrix. The euhedral Aquas are long and slender, with excellent Heliodor terminations. The luster is good, and the color is a translucent pistachio green, with more yellowish-green terminations. The longest Aqua is 3 cm long, and they all rest on a matrix of thousands of Schorl needles that grow in radiating clusters. As is usual with these Aqua clusters, some of the Aquas have been broken off, but the dimensionality of the Aqua cluster is so good that you don't even notice the missing crystals. The overall aesthetics of the spray is very good.
