Aquamarine & Heliodor on Schorl

These striking and unusual bi-colored Aquamarine/Heliodor crystals are a rare style from the well-known Erongo Mountains. The crystals have very good luster and super, mirror-like terminations. The color ranges from a sandy blue-green to greenish tips as the Aquamarines grade into almost Heliodor terminations. The Aquas, which range up to 2.8 cm, are richly distributed across the entire Schorl matrix. A few Aquas are missing from the cluster, but it really does not affect the overall aesthetics of the piece at all. The attractive distribution of the Aquas is simply too good and dramatic to be hurt by a few missing points.
