Some of the very finest quality Aquamarine specimens come from the various pegmatites in the Pakistani Himalayas, especially the pieces from around Shigar. This locality has produced some of the most exciting Aquamarine specimens in recent years. This specimen features a good quality, sharp, lustrous, GEM soft blue color prismatic crystal of Aquamarine. The piece is in great shape overall, with a beautiful termination consisting of first order pyramidal modficiations. A very attractive gem crystal specimen from this most pretigious of Pakistani pegmatite localities.
