Item Description
This aesthetic and impressive large Nagar combination is highlighted by the imposing doubly terminated fluorite octahedron and cluster of gem aquamarine crystals. The 3.7 cm octo is jauntily set on the edge of the pearlescent muscovite plate matrix. The lustrous and translucent octo is a pretty light sea-green with nifty pink accents. The frosted stepped-growth faces add character. The lower tip of the octo is broken, but is held in place by the muscovites. Purple fluorescence. The aesthetically intergrown pair of very glassy, limpid aquas, to 2.5 cm, has pretty light blue color. A tiny bit of contacting is noted to the large aqua termination edge. This is an uncommon, dramatic and excellent large combination, with a large fluorite, from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Herb valued this fine piece at $4000, more than 6 years ago.
