Item Description
Sharp, terminated aquamarine crystals of this impressive size and quality are seldom available from this famous locale. Most are used for gem rough. The lustrous, translucent, hexagonal, partially terminated, classic sea-green crystal is lustrous and has gemmy areas. Scattered muscovite is embedded in the faces. The display faces are in good shape, with some bruising and contacting noted at and near the termination. There is one clean repair and the chip out of the back is out-of-sight in the display view. Ex Dr. Bruce Jarnot Collection, a noted New England specialist. 571 grams mass.
