Item Description

From a find in the Fall of 2004. This is a really cool Beryl. It's unusual to find bi-color Beryl crystals from any locality, but it's even more unusual when one of those colors is WHITE. This piece has a cool blue "cat's eye" termination sitting atop a mostly white Beryl prism. At first, I thought it was a small amount of Aquamarine on Feldspar, but the white section is hexagonal, and it follows the same shape as the Aquamarine. A really cool Beryl from the same locality that produced the unique Aqua/Morganite bi-color Beryls. A wonderful pegmatite crystal that would make a great addition to any collection.
