Item Description
A wonderful full sized miniature specimen. This is a great rarity for Beryl. Around 2003, I remember seeing some very interesting, rare bi-color crystals of Beryl from Pakistan that were tabular with a pink core and a blue ring surrounding it. These new crystals are even more rare and interesting as they feature the same pink and blue bi-color, but with much more attractive prismatic crystals. This piece features a 2.0 cm, very attractive, sharp, lustrous, gemmy crystal with pale blue Aquamarine terminations on the ends and pale pink Morganite color at the centers of the crystal, sitting atop feldspar matrix. This is a great rarity to find prismatic Morganite from any locality. Any collector who loves unusual and colorful Beryl crystals should consider this one. A tiny nick on the termination keeps it from being perfect, but I still value it at $1500 for rarity, quality and the fact that it's on matrix, which is seldom seen when it comes to these crystals.
