Item Description
2007-2009 saw the finding of these unusual, and attractive, Aquamarines that grade into yellowish tips, which can be best described as Heliodor. Charlie Key, who was based over there, and myself acquired the majority of these pieces. This cluster is quite aesthetic for the geometry of the spray. The individual Aquas have a pleasing pastel blue color, and grade into Heliodor tips. The luster on these translucent crystals is very good, and the majority of the surviving terminations are mirror-like. The longest Aqua is 3 cm, and the entire cluster rests on a radial spray of very fine, dense Schorl crystals. A very good, aesthetic, and representative specimen of this occurrence.
