You can find Beryl gems in a wide range of colors, and nearly every color is represented with the exception of purple. Aquamarines are among the most popular Beryls on the market for the beautiful color, and often good sized stones. Here we have a beautiful Aquamarine that was cut from a piece of rough found in Nigeria a few years ago. It has a lovely "icy blue" tone which combined with nearly eye clean clarity makes it all the more alluring. It would look wonderful set a ring or a pendant, or left alone to add to your gemstone collection. The stone has a traditional "Round Brilliant" cut, and looks beautiful face up.
