These specimens are some of the most unique and attractive Aquas from any locality. Tjhey have become some of the most distinctive and easily recognizable Aquas on the planet. Tabular Aquamarine crystals are rare, but some of the Aquas from Xuebaoding are absolutely superb quality to boot! This particular piece features a pair of sharp, lustrous, gem/gemmy light blue, unusually tabular crystals of Aquamarine measuring up to 2.0 cm across sitting atop a crystallized compressed, bladed, silvery Muscovite crystals on matrix. The quality is very good, despite that fact that the Aquas are contacted on the back, but they are very gemmy, when so many from this locality are essentially opaque. A good quality specimen from this unique locality.
