Item Description

A fairly stout and unsually heavily striated Aquamarine crystal from Brazil. The color is a gorgeous blue hue with a strong internal translucency. The crystal is doubly-terminated and undamaged as far I can see with the naked eye, making it a complete "floater" specimen. Each end of the piece has minor iron inclusions which give the crystal a lovely two-tone appearance. It's fairly lustrous, and as I said, there are some deep channels etched into the prism creating an almost "skeletal"-esque appearance. Valued at $3,500 in the inventory. Weight is 124 grams. Good quality and certainly different than your run-of-the-mill Aqua from Brazil.
