Some of the very finest quality Aquamarine specimens come from the various pegmatites in the Pakistani Himalayas, especially in the Shigar Valley. This piece hosts a very nice, sharp, gem quality crystal of Aquamarine with good glassy luster and a soft blue color flaring directly out of a partial crystal of white Albite. No damage, and very aesthetic.
