I know that Indian Zeolite specimens are everywhere, but you must appreciate them for what they are. They are simply some of the finest crystallized examples of their respective species extant. This piece is actually from a find from nearly 20 years ago, and came from the collection of Brian Kosnar. It features a good sized, sharp, rather lustrous, blocky, striated, translucent/gemmy, RICH green color crystal of Apophyllite measuring 2.0 cm with several cream blades of Stilbite and peach Heulandite on basalt matrix. It's an eye-catching small cabinet size piece, and will probably end up being a great bargain for somebody. One day (eventually) India will not produce any more of these Zeolites, and they will more than likely receive great recognition for being the amazing display specimens that they are.
