Apophyllite with Prehnite and Pyrite

The Millington in New Jersey has been a great specimen producer for years, and a source of excellent Zeolite specimens and associated species. This piece features no Zeolites, but it hosts sharp, lovely "water green" color crystals of Apophyllite with minor soft green botryoidal Prehnite and a few micro Pyrite crystals on matrix. The Apophyllite crystals have good form and virtually no damaage except for the periphery. A worthwhile small cabinet sized specimen. A good example of this classic trap rock material.
